Whenever I go to NY I have Mark cut my hair. He does such a great job with it. I have had my hair cut by all the great hair cutters and I have to tell you Mark has such an understanding of how my hair should look. He cuts into the wave and all it needs is to be washed and let go and it looks wonderful. Please do yourself a favor and see him in his Sutton Place Salon. You will feel so rich and important just being there.

The first time Mark had his fingers in my hair he was the shampoo person (best scalp massage ever!), and now he owns the salon We’ve been together ever since then. He gives me the most incredible cuts that look fantastic when I have to style my hair myself (I am so low maintenance), but retain their shape long after they grow out. Important for me because I keep moving farther away from NYC, but keep coming back for Mark to cut my hair. Now I live in DC and he will be the first person I see when we can travel again. And so I don’t feel like a terrible mom, I’ll meet my daughter there because he cuts her hair too. Mark’s talent transcends age, hair type and personal style. My hair always looks great—that’s a given—but I always feel like a more amazing version of myself!

Mark is a true talent!  Often after being with a stylist for a few cuts the cuts are never as good as they were in the beginning.  This is not the case with Mark.  My hair is always cut to perfection!
As an added benefit the salon is comfortable and the staff welcoming. I would confidently recommend Mark to any of my friends and family.

Mark is the absolute best!! Hair cuts perfect - highlights terrific. Nice staff, great shampoos - what more could anyone want??
